panade variation

i made a panade yesterday with leeks and a tiny bit of bacon - thanks to a neighbour's gift of surplus camembert ( how can anyone have a surplus of camembert?) we have a bit of a glut ourselves so i used some in my panade . . . . . . . yummmeee

i will be freezing some of our glut for use in other dishes too - thank you neighbours!
